Preventative Maintenance Plan
Regular maintenance of your HVAC system is the best way to prevent undesired malfunctioning and costly repairs. Breon’s Heating & Air Conditioning provides preventative maintenance plans so that you’ll never lose your heating or air. We can provide you with 1-2 services per year which include:
- Change or clean filters
- Check refrigerant and charge if necessary
- Clear refrigerant lines
- Check thermostat and charge
- Lubricate moving parts
